Students currently in the United States on a valid F-1 visa with an active Form I-20 from another SEVP-certified institution who wish to take one or two classes at OCC must submit the following:

Permission Letter from Current Institution
A letter on official school letterhead from a Designated School Official (DSO) at the current institution. The letter must:-
Grant permission to enroll in part-time coursework at OCC

Specify the semester or term for which enrollment at OCC is approved

Copy of Passport Biographical Page

Additional Requirement for SACM-Sponsored Students
SACM-sponsored students must submit the “For Admission Purposes Only” letter with the application packet.
The official Financial Guarantee Letter must be submitted after course registration to avoid being dropped from classes for non-payment.
